Click the "Instant Scan" link and a standard File Download message (sample shown below) window will appear. Follow the instructions that best suit the browser you are using:
If you choose to save the application, we recommend that you save it to your desktop and initiate the free scan using the desktop icon. Should you choose not to save the application, you may simply initiate the free scan by clicking the "Run" button on the File Download Window.
Once the FileCure installer file has downloaded, give permission for the Setup Wizard to launch by clicking the "Next" button. Continue following the Setup Wizard to complete the full FileCure installation process.

What is a file extension?
A file extension is the few letters after the name of the file. It tells the computer what the file is, and how to open it.
